BOEM Releases DRAFT Environmental Assessment for SNMREC IP Lease
The Office of Renewable Energy Programs under the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BEOM) has released a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the SNMREC's Outer Contiental Shelf (OCS) Interim Policy (IP) Lease Application for public comment. The public comment period will be 30 days, and a public meeting is scheduled for May 9, 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. More information can be found in the Regulatory Framework section.
